• “Fiesta” area includes ocean front full bar/restuarant, satellite TV, small swimming pool, and a large two-story Palapa (Rancho).

• Special Live Music and Dancing on the "Beach" nights with bon-fires.

• Playa Roca Restaurant offers the best local and international cuisine including exceptional pescado recipes with fresh 'self-caught' fish.

• Private parking for vehicles, RV's and motorcycles.

• Air conditioning available in selected rooms as fans are the "norm" on beach front properties.

• Large outside area for "BEACH" weddings/receptions, private parties, small conventions, etc.
